I recently had the pleasure of staying at Parkroyal for a week, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that surpassed all my expectations. the hotel staff went above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, showcasing their attention to detail and outstanding service. the air conditioning in the room was top-notch, allowing for a comfortable and refreshing stay even during the hot Malaysian weather. the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, perfect for someone like me who works remotely. It was truly a remarkable stay that left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied.
